The Data Exchange toolset provides everything to take you from document preparation to delivery of the documents to clients. Data Exchange Desktop ApplicationStart with the Data Exchange File Parsing Utility to split your merged documents into individual files to facilitate the posting of investor specific file attachments to Data Exchange. This application performs two primary functions:
The ZIP files generated by the Data Exchange File Parsing Utility are ready for uploading to the DX console, where the contents of the ZIP file are extracted and posted to specific investors based upon the naming convention of the files and a predefined mapping of fund and investor IDs in Data Exchange. Data Exchange Web PortalOnce your documents are uploaded to the web portal, they are marked with a draft status, ready for your organization’s review and approval process. Data Exchange’s email notification feature makes it easy to notify reviewers of ready documents. When a document is ready for client distribution, you can mark it with an approved status and use the email notification to inform clients. |
